Shipping

At Angels Tides, we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days from the shipment date.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Angels Tides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, or damage
• In their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products returned outside the 30-day return period

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The item has a manufacturing defect

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item received
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
